  • Yes we offer payment plans! We typically will split your project total into 3 equal payments. Your first payment is do when you book your start date, the following payments due at the first of each month.

  • Once your project start date is booked you will begin your homework prior to our 1:1 strategy call which will be schedule once first payment is made and contract is signed.

  • The brand design process is a very collaborative experience. We will have a strategy session and make sure to be on the same page before moving forward with the main branding concept. We will have 2 revision rounds where you are able to share your thoughts about the design.

  • We will have one 1:1 strategy call, then the rest of our communication will be via Trello, our project board. I am very quick to answer back on Trello and email.
